Background lightened

So, this is the lightened version of the same background. Now that I see it in a different light, :D I wonder now about the contrast and readability of the text. Anyway, you can see the design much better. :)

I like your blog header and I like your background, but not necessarily together. The background makes it very difficult to see the header.

Would you mind if I add this to my desktop backgrounds?

There's some difficulty with the text over the bottom-middle of the image, kind of like the background is trying to fight to be in the front rather than the text. It's still pretty readable though, and definitely do-able.
